Dr. Eve Beaudry Simoneau

Biography

Eve Beaudry-Simoneau is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery at the University of Montreal. Her research is primarily focused on health sciences and medical sciences, with special emphasis on topics such as transplantation, graft rejection, hepatic diseases, and hepatitis. Over the years, she has led and contributed to various research projects, including a significant study that compares the effects of intraoperative targeted low-splanchnic blood volume restrictive fluid management strategies versus liberal postoperative outcomes in liver transplantation. Her academic work aims to enhance patient outcomes and improve methodologies within surgical practices. Additionally, Eve has collaborated with several researchers, including François Carrier and Jeanne-Marie Giard, in projects funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research.
