Marie-Josée Roy is a Full Professor in the Department of Management at Laval University. She specializes in strategic business management and corporate intervention. Her academic background includes a Doctorate in Technology Management from Polytechnique Montréal, a Master of Business Administration from Laval University, and a Bachelor in Industrial Relations from Laval University. She is actively involved in research related to governance and has been a member of the Centre universitaire d’expertise en gouvernance de sociétés since 2020. Additionally, she participates in various committees within the Faculty of Business Administration, including the Undergraduate and Graduate Programs Committees. Roy is also involved in professional governance initiatives, serving as a trainer and board member for the Centre d'Action bénévole since 2021. Her contributions to the academic community are recognized through various teaching areas and research activities.
