Biography

Kimberley Cullen is an Associate Professor in the School of Human Kinetics and Recreation at Memorial University. Her research focuses on ergonomics, evidence-based practice, and work disability prevention. She has published extensively on topics related to workplace interventions, including return-to-work strategies and systematic reviews of occupational health programs. Her work aims to improve health outcomes and facilitate successful reintegration of individuals into the workforce after illness or injury. Dr. Cullen has collaborated on numerous projects and publications, which explore the effectiveness of various workplace-based interventions to prevent musculoskeletal disorders and promote health in small enterprises.
