Biography

Kevin Costello holds the Krembil William Rowan Hamilton Chair in Theoretical Physics at the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics. His research spans various areas of mathematical physics, particularly focusing on topics such as celestial holography, scattering amplitudes, and vertex algebras. Over the years, he has been recognized for his significant contributions to the field with various awards, including the John L. Synge award from the Royal Society of Canada in 2022, and he has been an Honorary Member of the Royal Irish Academy since 2020.
