Biography

Michèle Paulin holds a law degree (LL.B.) from Université de Sherbrooke, an Executive MBA from John Molson School of Business, and a Ph.D. from UQÀM. As the Royal Bank Canada Professorship in Strategic Relationship Marketing from 2010 to 2020, she has authored over 120 publications in renowned journals such as the Journal of Retailing & Consumer Services and the Journal of Business Research. Her research interests focus on humanistic service design, sustainable service marketing, and the impact of societal values on marketing strategies. Paulin is an advocate for immersive experiential learning and employs innovative teaching methods to engage students at undergraduate and graduate levels in courses like Service Marketing and Business-to-Business Marketing. Her notable works include the book "Creating Future Powerful Conversations" and various peer-reviewed articles exploring topics such as digital transformation, sustainability, and strategic relationship marketing. Her ongoing projects examine the intersection of service marketing and societal impact, positioning her as a thought leader in human-centered service design.
