Biography

David Clough is an Assistant Professor at the UBC Sauder School of Business, specializing in Organizational Behaviour within the Human Resources Division and the Entrepreneurship Innovation Group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a PhD from INSEAD. His research interests focus on Innovation Ecosystems, Technological Evolution, Interorganizational Networks, Organizational Learning, and Entrepreneurship. Clough has contributed to several notable publications, including works in the California Management Review, Academy Management Review, and Strategic Management Journal. His academic career is marked by a commitment to exploring how interconnected behaviors and organizational structures influence business success in rapidly evolving environments.
