Pouya Valizadeh is a professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Concordia University. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, which he obtained in 2005. His research focuses on solid state microwave devices, micro/nano-electronics, III-V electronics, and semiconductor device reliability. He is particularly interested in the polarization of semiconductor devices, noise in semiconductor devices, and MEMS technology. Through his work, Valizadeh aims to advance the understanding and development of electronic and microwave technology. He is also involved in mentoring students and supervising doctoral theses in his area of expertise.
