Wajd Alkabbani is an Assistant Professor in the School of Pharmacy at the University of Waterloo. A pharmacoepidemiologist, he directs the Assessment Services Pharmaceutical policy Real-world Evidence (ASPiRE) program. His work focuses on understanding the bidirectional relationship between pharmaceutical policy and health services outcomes through the use of large health databases. He has conducted significant research in areas including drug safety and effectiveness, health services, and pharmaceutical policy, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in these fields.
