Biography

Nicole Marquis is a Professor at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the Université de Sherbrooke. She specializes in rehabilitation sciences with a focus on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and telehealth technologies. Her research spans various aspects of pulmonary rehabilitation, including the effectiveness of online platforms for managing COPD, hybrid interventions, and patient outcomes in tele-rehabilitation settings. Throughout her career, she has led numerous studies related to health-related quality of life for COVID-19 survivors, online singing therapies for older adults, and the clinical impacts of pulmonary rehabilitation. She has presented her findings at multiple conferences and continues to contribute to the field with insights into the technological enhancements of patient care.
