Lance Fisher is a Professor at Macquarie University with extensive experience in economics. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) and a Master of Commerce (Honors) from Macquarie University and the University of New South Wales, respectively. He completed his PhD at the University of Minnesota. His research primarily focuses on macroeconomic modeling and forecasting, particularly regarding Commonwealth taxation receipts and the dynamics of retirement income systems in Australia. He has led various projects that investigate life annuities and superannuation management, contributing significant insights into the retirement income system.
