Biography

Jérôme Leriche is a professor at the Faculty of Physical Activity Sciences at the Université de Sherbrooke, specializing in Kinanthropology. His research interests encompass Health and Physical Education, Work-Life Balance, Teaching of Physical Education in Higher Education, Motivation and Practice of Physical Activity, Fitness Assessment in Schools, and Cycling Learning. He holds a Doctorate in Education from Université de Sherbrooke and has contributed to various advanced educational programs, including quantitative analyses at the Faculty of Education. With extensive teaching experience, he has worked in both university-level settings and at the Cégep de Sherbrooke. His professional involvement includes numerous research projects supported by provincial education ministries and notable presentations at national conferences, showcasing developments in physical education and student engagement.
