Zoe Zussa joined Macquarie University Motor Neuron Disease Research Centre in 2024 as a Junior Bioinformatician in the Genomics Bioinformatics research team led by Associate Professor Kelly Williams. Concurrently, she is pursuing a Bachelor of Medical Sciences and a Bachelor of Cognitive and Brain Sciences at Macquarie University, with an expected graduation date in 2025. Zussa is engaged in research related to neurodegenerative diseases, and her contributions include various poster presentations at academic conferences. She aims to integrate foundational discoveries to enhance understanding of the Macquarie Neurodegenerative Diseases Biobank.
