Leann Wolff is an Assistant Professor of Ethics at Concordia College. With over 30 years of experience, she has worked with some of today's best-known companies, focusing on the creation of high-functioning teams and facilitating training, brainstorming, and decision-making sessions for groups of various sizes. She founded Great Outcomes Consulting in 2010, which specializes in helping clients identify their mission, values, and strategic potential. Her consulting practice emphasizes leadership improvement and business execution. In addition to her consulting efforts, she teaches ethics and leadership courses at Concordia College, where she is dedicated to helping students and management teams enhance their leadership capabilities and strategic vision.
