Chris Jung is an Assistant Professor of Business Law at Concordia College. Originally from South Dakota, he earned his B.A. in English from Northern State University in Aberdeen. Following this, Chris attended law school at Texas Tech University and the University of South Dakota, graduating with his J.D. in 2009. He has over eight years of experience as a partner in a private law practice in Aberdeen, where he primarily focused on collections and commercial litigation. In 2017, he began working as a collections attorney with the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services. In 2018, Chris pursued his passion for teaching and began his journey in higher education. He has served at several universities and joined the faculty at Concordia College in 2021, where he teaches Introduction to Business Law. Outside of work, Chris enjoys traveling, playing cards and board games, singing, and spending time with family and friends. He is also involved in his church as an assistant minister, soloist, and reader, and cherishes celebrating life with his beloved husband, Ky.
