Biography

Damian Lampl is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Concordia College. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from North Dakota State University and an MS in Computer Science along with a BS in Mathematics from Northern State University. With a professional background that includes multiple tech startups, Damian has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. He has published numerous papers, conference proceedings, and a book chapter on topics such as network optimization, sentiment analysis, and machine learning. Damian has a keen interest in software engineering, artificial intelligence, web application development, and optimization. He understands the real-world requirements of the industry and strives to convey the expectations of professional environments to his students.
