Robert Gholson is an Assistant Professor of Finance at Concordia College. He earned his Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and also holds an M.S. in Business Administration from the University of Rochester, a PharmD from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, and a B.A. in Chemistry from Washington University in St. Louis. His research interests include empirical corporate finance and healthcare finance. As a CFA charterholder, Robert serves on the board of directors for the Stillwater Flight Center. In the classroom, he emphasizes experiential learning and connecting course material to real-world situations, rather than focusing solely on memorization.
