Biography

Paula Puddy is a Lecturer at Ivey Business School, where she teaches Business Law in the MBA program. She holds an Honors Business Administration degree and a law degree from Western University. After articling at a large litigation firm in London, Ontario, she was called to the Ontario bar and worked as a lawyer before returning to school to earn her MBA from Ivey Business School with honors. Post-graduation, she began teaching pre-business courses at Western University and later embarked on an entrepreneurial journey that includes establishing businesses in education, training, coaching, and consulting. Paula has taught various professional groups, including lawyers and engineering candidates, primarily within Ontario. Although she is a lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, she no longer practices law. In her spare time, Paula enjoys traveling and engaging in sports with her children, as well as volunteering with the Children’s Health Foundation where she serves as an ambassador.
