Garth Frazer is an Associate Professor in Economic Analysis and Policy within the Department of Management at the University of Toronto-Scarborough, with a cross appointment in the Business Economics area at the Rotman School of Management. His research focuses on industrial development with a particular emphasis on trade and productivity in Africa. He has explored the impact of trade agreements and trade preferences on African trade and has provided advice to African governments regarding trade negotiations.
