Di Yang is an Assistant Professor in Managerial Accounting Control at Ivey Business School. He obtained his Ph.D. in Accounting from the Georgia Institute of Technology. His research examines the impacts of economic and psychological factors on employee motivation and decision-making in organizational contexts, with a focus on how management control systems influence collaboration in team settings. Prior to joining Ivey, Di was a Senior Lecturer (equivalent to Assistant Professor in Australia) at the University of New South Wales. His work contributes to understanding the dynamics of managerial accounting and its applications in business organizations.
