Hossein Zolfagharinia is an award-winning Associate Professor in Operations Management at the Ted Rogers School of Management, Toronto Metropolitan University. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Industrial Engineering and a Ph.D. in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University.
