Biography

Dr. Hope Anderson is a professor and dean of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Manitoba, where she leads a research program focused on understanding risk factors for cardiovascular diseases, particularly hypertension, cardiac hypertrophy, and diabetes, which can lead to heart failure. Her laboratory employs various cardiovascular disease models to identify new therapies to prevent or slow the onset of heart failure.
