Ajoy Opal is a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Waterloo. His current research interests include circuit filter theory, numerical algorithms analysis, design of analog switched circuits, and mixed analog-digital circuits. He has co-authored a book published in 2010 titled 'Computer Methods Analysis Mixed-Mode Switching Circuits' with Fei Yuan, alongside numerous published papers in various journals and conferences. His work is recognized for its contribution to the fields of electrical circuit theory and circuit simulation.
