The Circular Built Environment Hub at Delft University of Technology brings together 70 researchers and teachers from four departments of the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment. The initiative aims to foster possible synergies between different disciplines and to develop and promote knowledge towards a circular built environment. This interdisciplinary approach emphasizes the importance of integrating various aspects of sustainability in architectural design and urban planning. By collaborating with experts in diverse fields, the Hub seeks to innovate and advocate for resources efficiency in construction and sustainable practices in the built environment. It actively engages in research and projects that focus on the challenges and opportunities that come with transitioning to a circular economy in construction, ensuring the minimization of waste and the efficient use of materials throughout the lifecycle of buildings.
Requirements apply generally across engineering and science master programs. Specific tracks like Architecture require a digital portfolio.
