Dr. Frédéric Lacroix

Biography

Frédéric Lacroix is an accomplished pianist who has performed as a soloist, chamber musician, and collaborative pianist across Canada, the United States, Europe, and Asia. He has collaborated with many notable musicians including Branford Marsalis, Johannes Moser, Kathleen Battle, and Alexander Rudin, as well as prominent Canadian artists. In addition to his performance career, Lacroix is also an active composer, having composed works for events such as the Ottawa Chamberfest, the American Music Society, the Canadian University Music Society, and the Chœur Classique de l’Outaouais. He is frequently featured in media, including regular appearances on CBC Radio-Canada and NPR in the U.S.
