Biography

Paul Marleyn is an Anglo-Canadian cellist known for his broad eclectic repertoire that spans from the Baroque period to the twentieth century. He regularly tours in Canada and has given numerous performances across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Marleyn has received acclaim for his work, including his recent release with pianist Stéphane Lemelin, exploring the French Romantic repertoire. His efforts have earned him recognition for discovering and promoting French musical heritage, especially as part of the Trio Hochelaga. His interpretive skills and technical agility have made him a recognized figure in the classical music scene.
