Biography

Stefan H. Thomke is the William Barclay Harding Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. An authority on the management of innovation, he has advised firms on areas such as product and process development, customer experience design, and innovation strategy. Thomke has chaired several executive education programs, including the General Management Program at HBS and has been a core faculty member in various global locations. He has authored more than one hundred published works in prominent journals and is also the author of multiple influential books including "Experimentation Matters" and "Experimentation Works". His contributions to the field have earned him prestigious awards such as the Apgar Award for Innovation in Teaching at HBS and recognition from leading business publications. He holds multiple degrees in Electrical Engineering and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, alongside honorary degrees from esteemed institutions.
