Nicolaus Andratschke is a Senior Physician and Vice Director of the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University Hospital Zurich. His specialties include neurooncology, thoracic oncology, radiosurgery, and MR-guided radiotherapy. He has significant clinical experience, having served in various roles since 2012, including Attending Physician in radiation therapy at University of Rostock and TU Munich. He has also conducted a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center in the USA. Andratschke's research focuses on adaptive radiotherapy at the MR Linac, artificial intelligence in treatment planning, and the radio-oncological management of patients with oligometastatic diseases.
