Jane Taggart is a Research Fellow at the International Centre for Future Health Systems within the Medicine & Health faculty. Her research focuses on improving the prevention and management of long-term conditions in primary health care, with an emphasis on the use of e-health tools and informatics to support patient care. Jane’s work involves a broad array of topics within Primary Health Care, medical informatics, chronic disease, and e-health. She has contributed to various publications that address the challenges and solutions related to healthcare provision, particularly within the framework of integrated care and information management systems.
