Lise Poissant is a full professor and director of the occupational therapy program at the School of Rehabilitation at the University of Montreal. She is also a regular researcher at the university institute on physical disability rehabilitation in Montreal. Her work focuses on the effectiveness and efficiency of health services, quality of life measures, and the use of information technologies to support best practices and knowledge exchange, particularly in the context of stroke and spinal cord injuries. With a background in occupational therapy and a deep commitment to advancing rehabilitation practices, she has led numerous research projects aimed at enhancing patient safety and quality of care. Lise has published extensively and has been involved in various grants and collaborative projects aimed at improving rehabilitation services through innovative technologies.
