Bruno Larue is a Full Professor in the Department of Agri-Food Economics and Consumer Science at Université Laval's Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences. He is also a Canada Research Chair in International Agri-Food Trade. His research focuses on various aspects of agri-food policies, including their impact on marketing and watershed management. He has made significant contributions to the understanding of sustainable agriculture and consumer behavior in the food sector.
