Dr. Dinesh R. Pai completed his Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management from Rutgers University before joining Penn State Harrisburg in the fall of 2011. He has served as the President of the Northeast Decision Sciences Institute (NEDSI) during the 2022-2023 term. Dr. Pai combines classroom knowledge with corporate experience, having worked in project management and operations-type positions. His research has been published in reputable journals such as the American Journal of Emergency Medicine, Business Process Management Journal, and Health Care Management Science, among others. He has also presented his research at several prominent regional and international conferences, contributing significantly to the fields of Supply Chain Management and Operations Management.
