Chris Collins is a Clinical Associate Professor and Associate Dean for Leadership Development at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. He is responsible for leadership development activities for full-time MBA students, including the Leadership Effectiveness Development (LEAD) class. Collins also oversees leadership development initiatives at the University of Chicago Law School and College. With a background in mathematics from Miami University and a PhD focusing on developmental psychology from the University of Chicago's Department of Comparative Human Development, he specializes in understanding how individuals manage their own development and how leaders can effectively develop their teams. Collins has worked with leaders across various industries to clarify their developmental needs and priorities, aiming to improve both personal and team performance.
