Eysa Lee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Barnard College and an Affiliate Faculty member of the Data Science Institute at Columbia University. Her research focuses on cryptography with specific interests in threshold signatures, multi-party computation, and digital credentials. Eysa completed her PhD in 2023 from Northeastern University, where she was advised by Abhi Shelat. She has also worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Data Science Institute at Brown University under the mentorship of Anna Lysyanskaya. Eysa enjoys doodling in her spare time and often incorporates characters from the Alice Bob stories into her presentations. She is looking forward to her upcoming role as a full Professor in July 2025 and has exciting research papers accepted for upcoming conferences.
