Laleh Hedayati is a lawyer at Rachlin & Wolfson LLP, focusing on personal injury and insurance defence litigation, including accident benefits, coverage disputes, occupiers and product liability, and defending lawyers for the Lawyers' Professional Indemnity Company. She has represented clients in all levels of the Ontario Courts. Laleh volunteers as a judge in the Ontario Justice Education Network program for elementary and high school Mock Trial initiatives and is a mentor and assessor in the Law Practice Program at Toronto Metropolitan University and at Osgoode’s Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop. Passionate about advocacy and the legal profession, she blends legal practice with academia and serves as an adjunct professor of law at Osgoode Hall Law School in Professional Development. Laleh believes it is a privilege to inspire future members of the legal industry and to help them recognize their strengths and creativity.
