Meizi Zhou is an Assistant Professor in the Information Systems department at Boston University's Questrom School of Business. Her research interests mainly focus on the intersection of artificial intelligence and human capital, specifically how AI technologies can influence workforce productivity and decision-making processes. Throughout her academic career, she has presented her work at various conferences, demonstrating a commitment to advancing the understanding of technology's impacts on business environments. In 2024, she will present her findings on the implications of artificial intelligence on human capital at the Health Analytics Conference hosted by the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg Center. Professor Zhou is dedicated to educating the next generation of business leaders, leveraging her expertise in information systems to enhance students' understanding of technology in organizational contexts.
