Babita Panigrahi specializes in breast imaging, mammography, tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and image-guided breast procedures. She obtained her medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine in 2013. After completing her medical education, she spent an additional research year funded by the Howard Hughes Medical Institute fellowship. She then completed her diagnostic radiology residency at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 2018. Following her residency, Dr. Panigrahi completed a fellowship in breast imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital, part of Harvard Medical School, in 2019. She currently holds a faculty position at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Radiology and Radiological Science.
