Geeyoung Min is an Associate Professor at Michigan State University College of Law, with a focus on teaching and research in Business Enterprises, Securities Regulation, and Corporate Governance Compliance. His scholarship integrates doctrinal analysis with empirical methods, primarily focusing on publicly traded companies in the United States. Additionally, he incorporates a comparative perspective, examining corporate governance issues in various countries, particularly in East Asia. Professor Min has served as a visiting professor at the University of Michigan Law School and has also been a postdoctoral fellow at Columbia Law School and the University of Virginia School of Law. He earned his LL.M. and J.S.D. from Yale Law School, as well as a B.A. in Anthropology and a Bachelor of Laws from Seoul National University.
