Daphne O'Regan is an Associate Clinical Professor at the Michigan State University College of Law, where she co-directs the Research, Writing, and Analysis (RWA) program. She has taught law at Vytautas Magnus University in Lithuania and the University of Verona in Italy. With a strong focus on legal writing and advocacy, she previously served as a Research and Writing Advocacy Instructor. O'Regan holds a J.D. from the Michigan State University-Detroit College of Law, an LL.M. from Cornell University, and a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Her scholarly contributions include law review articles and book chapters on topics such as rhetoric in legal contexts and the influence of classical rhetoric on contemporary legal practices. In addition to her academic responsibilities, she is an active member of the Board of Directors for Moving Forward Independence and participates on the City of East Lansing Transportation Commission.
