Jorge Gonzalez del Pozo is a Professor at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, specializing in Spanish and International Studies & Global Cultures. He holds a Ph.D. in Hispanic Studies from the University of Kentucky and has contributed to the academic landscape with over 60 articles on contemporary literary criticism and film history. Gonzalez del Pozo has authored 10 books, including works on Spanish film, literature, and culture, such as 'Drogas ilegales en el cine español' and 'Las cadenas que amamos'. His teaching areas encompass Film Studies, Global Cultures, and Hispanic Studies.
