Marc Journeault is a Full Professor at Laval University, holding a Ph.D. in Economics Management from the Catholic University of Louvain. He is the Head of the research group at the Centre for Research in Accounting and Sustainable Development (CerCeDD) and has been actively involved in the field of management accounting with a keen interest in environmental sustainability and circular economy. In addition to his academic position, he serves as an Affiliate Scientist at St. Mary's Research Center. His research interests include accounting for sustainability, environmental management, and sustainable development policy. He has led various research activities aimed at reducing the carbon footprint of businesses and integrating sustainable practices in organizational strategies. Marc has a robust background in management accounting and has published extensively in reputable journals. He has participated in various academic committees and is committed to advancing the field of sustainable accounting education at Laval University.
