Seunga Venus Jin is a Professor in the Communication program at Northwestern University Qatar. As the Associate Dean of Education and Director of the Artificial Intelligence Media Lab (AIM-LAB), Jin focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence and digital media. Her research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, consumer behavior, and the transformative effects of emerging technologies on communication practices. With expertise in digital media and marketing, Jin explores AI-driven transformations in various fields, including e-commerce and FinTech, emphasizing the implications of AI on human interaction and trust. She has previously served as an Assistant Professor at Boston College and a tenured Associate Professor at Emerson College and Sejong University Business School, demonstrating her commitment to advancing understanding in communication and marketing.
