Biography

Seunga Venus Jin is a Professor in the Communication program at Northwestern University Qatar. As the Associate Dean of Education and Director of the Artificial Intelligence Media Lab (AIM-LAB), Jin focuses on the intersection of artificial intelligence and digital media. Her research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, consumer behavior, and the transformative effects of emerging technologies on communication practices. With expertise in digital media and marketing, Jin explores AI-driven transformations in various fields, including e-commerce and FinTech, emphasizing the implications of AI on human interaction and trust.
