Biography

Katie Arnold has decades of experience in healthcare, having worked with a variety of medical companies in device, diagnostic, software, and tech-enabled solutions sectors. She founded and leads SPRIG Consulting, a boutique firm that provides strategic marketing, commercialization, and business development services to companies ranging from venture-backed start-ups to Fortune 500 organizations. Since its inception in 2008, SPRIG has partnered with 350 medical companies, achieving exits valued at $50 billion. Additionally, Katie serves as an Operating Partner at SPRIG Equity, a MedTech-focused venture growth equity fund with $50 million in assets under management. Before SPRIG, she held sales and marketing roles at Guidant Corporation and Kensey Nash Corporation. At Kellogg, Katie has been a professor in the healthcare department for 12 years, teaching a course on Medtech Entrepreneurship that emphasizes medical product commercialization and financing. She co-leads the Healthcare Entrepreneurship Forum Business Plan Competition, offering students an experiential learning opportunity to engage with innovative medical technologies.
