Michael Kelly is a Professor at the University of San Diego School of Law, where he has taught since 1988. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan in 1983, a Master of Arts from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1980, and a Bachelor of General Studies from the University of Michigan in 1975. Professor Kelly has significant expertise in contracts and family law, having clerked for the Honorable Daniel Friedman at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
