Prior to joining the Legal Analysis, Advocacy & Writing (LAAW) teaching faculty, Tony Lucchesi worked as a Senior Staff Attorney for the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. He has practiced law in the private sector and has served as Associate University Legal Counsel at the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Office of Legal Affairs. Additionally, he clerked for Justice Ann Walsh Bradley at the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Professor Lucchesi earned his bachelor's degree with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School. During law school, he served as articles editor for the Wisconsin Law Review and was selected for the Order of the Coif. He also worked with the State Bar of Wisconsin on various projects supporting pro bono activities for Bar members.
