Biography

Morgan Levy specializes in data-driven, policy-relevant research focusing on understanding interactions between hydroclimate, terrestrial water systems, and environmental human health at local and global scales. As an assistant professor in the School of Global Policy and Strategy, he holds a joint appointment at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Levy's academic journey includes earning a Ph.D. in Energy Resources, an M.S. in Energy Resources, and an M.A. in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley. His research contributes to critical insights in environmental sustainability and public policy.
