Myo Kyoung Kim earned his PharmD from the University of Minnesota in 1998. He completed a residency at Fairview-University Medical Center in 2001 and fellowships in Infectious Diseases at Hartford Hospital in 2001 and Clinical Pharmacology at Seoul National University Medical Center in 2003. He joined the University of the Pacific in 2003 and is committed to a student-centered philosophy, fostering meaningful educational relationships to support students' professional growth. Dr. Kim's primary area of expertise lies in oncology, influenced by both his preceptors and patient encounters. He is an active member of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy and the Korean Pharmaceutical Association and serves as the faculty advisor for the Korean Student Association at the university. Outside of academia, Dr. Kim enjoys the multicultural environment of Stockton and has a passion for photography and music.
