Debangsu Bhattacharyya is a professor of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering at West Virginia University, specializing in advanced modeling and simulation of energy-generating systems. His expertise includes condition monitoring, fault diagnosis, uncertainty quantification, sensor placement, scheduling, biomimetic control, and advanced manufacturing. He earned his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University, New York, in 2008.
