Biography

Kristapor Thomassian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis in 1991 and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of the Pacific in 1996. He is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist with a specialization in critical care as an ICU pharmacist at Enloe Medical Center in Chico, California. He joined the University of the Pacific in 2006 and has a passion for mentoring students in pharmacotherapy management for patients in cardiothoracic, medical ICU, and neurotrauma ICU settings. Thomassian is also a member of the Board of Directors for Diabetes Education Services, where he provides information and training on diabetes care for healthcare professionals. He is actively involved in the Rho Chi Pharmacy Honor Society and emphasizes a teaching philosophy that combines educating the mind and heart.
