Biography

Ahmed Ismail is an Assistant Teaching Professor in Information Sciences Technology at Penn State Altoona. With ten years of teaching experience across various grade levels, he holds a doctorate in Information Technology from Towson University, obtained in 2013. His research interests focus on using computer technology to collect, store, analyze, and disseminate biological data. Ismail's primary goal is to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment where students can explore various aspects of information technology. He emphasizes the importance of fostering critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and creativity among his students, helping them to become proficient in programming languages, database management, and other fundamental areas of the field.
