Biography

Brenda Heaton is an Adjunct Associate Professor specializing in Health Policy and Health Services Research at the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. She earned her PhD in Epidemiology from the Boston University School of Public Health in 2012, following her Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology in 2005. With a strong focus on preventive restorative dentistry, she works with a team of experienced dentists and hygienists to offer a wide range of patient services at the dental teaching clinic. Dr. Heaton contributes to patient treatment centers that emphasize evidence-based practices and quality care in dental health. Her research interests include epidemiological studies and the development of effective health policies that impact community health outcomes.
